Vitamins for Cardiovascular Health
Heart disease has been the leading cause of death in America for decades. Some of the best ways to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease include changes dietary changes such as increasing intake of dietary fiber, omega-3 essential oils, and heart healthy nutrients like magnesium, vitamin D, coenzyme Q10 and carnitine.
Other nutrients including potent antioxidants can help to reduce the inflammation that worsens heart disease. Combining all those nutrients together is known to help improve blood levels associated with cardiovascular disease including cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, C-Reactive Protein (CRP), and homocysteine.
High cholesterol levels are associated with an increased risk for heart disease, so many of the efforts to reduce cardiovascular risk are focused on maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. If your cholesterol levels are high or you have other cardiovascular risk factors, there is a good chance your doctor will recommend putting you on a cholesterol-lowering statin drug. Be aware that statin drugs can deplete some other heart healthy nutrients like Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), and that can lead to possible side effects like muscle pain.
Some safer ways to maintain healthy cholesterol levels include increasing your daily intake of fiber and omega-3 fats found in fish oil and some plant-based foods like olives and flaxseed. Fiber and omega-3's are also known to help reduce the inflammation that occurs around the cholesterol deposits in your arteries - one of the major contributing factors to atherosclerosis and heart attacks.

Olivamine 10 Max
Aside from the other benefits of Olivamine 10, the antioxidants found in olives have been shown to help reduce some of the inflammatory processes that contribute to heart disease. Nutrients used in Olivamine 10 Max have been associated with lower levels of the inflammatory markers C-reactive protein (CRP) and homocysteine that indicate increased cardiovascular risk.
